Behind the scenes, our teams work together to make deliveries more efficient. Depending on your location and delivery schedule, your order may occasionally be delivered by the other company’s driver. You will still remain a customer of the brand you ordered from and continue receiving the same products and service.

Customers aren’t dealing with a national call centre or an anonymous delivery platform. Our water is delivered by local drivers who get to know their regular customers, their preferred delivery locations and their usual requirements.

For most deliveries, simply leave your empty bottles in the agreed location before your scheduled run. Our driver will collect the empties and replace them with your fresh bottles.
